Chicago Bulls:

We are just barely into the 2018-19 NBA season and the Bulls have fired what is now their ex-coach Fred Hoiberg on Monday. They have given the position to former associate head coach, Jim Boylen, who debuted with the basketball team on Tuesday. The 96-90 loss against the Indiana Pacers sparked question towards the new coach and his ability. Several fans and critics disapproved with Hoiberg’s ability to manage the team and push them to work harder. They claimed that he did not have enough team spirit and failed to put effort into his coaching. When spoken to after the loss against the Pacers, he stated “I’m really disappointed in our conditioning,” he followed by claiming “We’ve got to get tougher,” When Boylen was part of Hoiberg’s staff, the conditions weren’t much different yet he makes it sound as if during that time the players only lounged around, drinking hot chocolate, and singing Frosty the Snowman.

By half-time of the Bulls game against the Indiana Pacers, the team was left panting, hunched over with their hands on their knees. They seemed out of shape compared to their opponents and it frustrated both Boylen as well as several fans.
